At Vectrix, we believe in moving fast and respecting your time. Our hiring process is designed to be completed in under 2 weeks, allowing you to make informed decisions quickly without lengthy waiting periods for feedback.

1. First things first; let’s get to know each other

During this introductory call, we get to know each other. We'll explain what Vectrix does, the type of people we're looking for, and introduce ourselves and the team. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and your background, allowing us to assess whether there's a good mutual fit.

2. In-depth technical deepdive

During this in-depth technical screening, we'll assess your knowledge across the domains most relevant to the role. You'll complete a 25-question assessment covering key technical areas, followed by a live coding exercise. Upon successful completion, we'll introduce you to your future colleagues and the other co-founders.
